We all use strategies to help us cope with difficulties that we experience in life. Sometimes these stop working as well as they once did, or something happens to throw us off track.

I believe that talking about what troubles us in a warm, respectful and non-judgemental place can help us to understand and work through our problems.

Why counselling?
